There’s a good chance that at some point in our life, we will be caught in the midst of a crisis. No one, not even the super mom of the year, is immune to difficult times but a meditation practice can help everyone of us find peace with our reality, whether that reality is a medical, health, financial, relationship or mid-life crisis situation.
