There’s a reason why citrus fruits ripen during the winter season… Mother nature knew we’d need some bright, uplifting, sunshiny energy indoors during the cold months when clouds are gray, rainy, and snowy.
Here’s one of my favorite blends using Wild Orange Essential Oil to energize and freshen up my space. It’s great for eliminating unwanted odors, especially after cooking an aromatic meal. You can easily add or substitute other citrus essential oils such as lemon, grapefruit, lime or tangerine.

Cedarwood is grounding, reminiscent of winter, that evokes feelings of wellness and vitality. When diffused, it promotes a relaxing environment.
Melaleuca is best known for it’s purifying qualities. It’s popularly used to clean the skin, home surfaces, purifying the air and promoting healthy immune function.
Lavender is known for it’s calming and relaxing qualities but is also often used to freshen closets, laundry, and cars due to it’s antiseptic properties.
